Ask Sue & Diane: End of 2021 Special

Jennifer Espinoza

For this edition of “Ask Sue and Diane,” we decided to answer (most) of the great advice submissions we received. We hope you enjoy it and have your questions answered!

Q: Why do I live in North Dakota?

A: You’re most likely here because your parents or guardians are here, and they most likely literally provide everything for you.

If not that, then you either moved here for work or thought that this place was a good peaceful place to settle down and live.

My question to you: How do you like the weather?

Q: How to handle school with extracurricular activities?

A: I cannot give you a definite answer because I do not know your schedule, but I can tell you that all you need to do is use your time wisely.

I know that with extracurricular activities that life can get busy and sometimes you just need some time to yourself and relax for a second. Easier said than done. Do the best you can do for yourself!

Q: How do I get out of my comfort zone?

A: To get out of your comfort zone takes time and practice. The best way to practice in my opinion is to try out new things, doing this can expand your interest and put you out there a bit more. If you are still not sure you can try a positive external motivator where you reward yourself for going out and trying something new.

Q: Is Dr. Bertsch the imposter?

A: Yes, though Dr. Bertsch may not admit it, he is in fact the imposter.
