A Piece of Bruin Pride brought By a Student

Jayda Hanson

Have you noticed the new addition to the office recently? This creatively made masterpiece was brought to us by one of our very own students, Jack Kringlie!

This amazingly crafted bear has been placed for the student body to admire the hard work put into this model.

“This bear was made as a suggestion by the teacher”, according to Jack. Kringlie states that the overall process of this was about a month. He emphasized that the process of editing took many days to correct the picture due to the editing software and cutting out the bear took 3 sheets of ¼ inch steel as well as 3 class periods to successfully cut it out. It is very clear that Jack dedicated a lot of his time to this beautiful bear. Amazing, right?

This amount of effort brought by Jack deserves to be recognized school wide, especially after hearing the grueling time process this creation had. Students putting in time to build something that represents our spirit is greatly appreciated and there is no doubt our school would love to see even more of it.

Teachers and students have all expressed their excitement about this, the hard work brought by Jack is appreciated greatly and the effort put in was extraordinary. Bruin pride continues to show at South High and it will grow even more as time passes on.
