Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is a phenomenal movie. The acting is top-tier, and the plot is solid. However, the film’s beginning felt too dragged out by directors. The movie started very slowly, and ended very rushed. Since I’ve never watched the original of the series that started it all off, I’m not sure if this film tops the level of popularity that the original has, but other than that, it is a great movie. I’d recommend this movie to someone who likes dragged-out storytelling and that makes zero sense if you ignore what happened from the movie’s start. Although the film promotes one of the major actresses in the movie, Jenna Ortega, I can’t be the only one who is so tired of seeing her get roles in everything. On the website “Rotten Tomatoes,” Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is seen to have a 76% rating, with some of the reviews mixed, and a few reviewers irritated by the casting and choosing of the actors. In my opinion, none of the actors bothered me that badly since I was focused on mainly the plot and how certain things happen in the movie. I’m not going to spoil the film for anyone who wants to watch it, but it’s genuinely a movie that I would recommend to a friend.
