Trollwood is a beloved Performing Arts school in our community, and this summer, they will be putting on a new production called “Mamma Mia.” Proudly, three of our South High Students nailed the audition, which got them into the production. Ava Grams, a senior, is playing the musical’s Lisa, and junior Kipling Olson and sophomore Desmond Sampson are both within the Ensemble.
Mamma Mia is about a young girl about to get married on a tropical Greek island. However, she has never met her birth father; in hope to, she invites three of her mom’s ex-lovers to spend time with her. She hopes to find her biological father in time to escort her on her big day.
Trollwood’s Mamma Mia will play for 10 days, July 22 – 26 and July 26 – August 2
“Come watch us perform Mamma Mia! It’s fun show with great music and all the summer vibes,” Desmond says. Come to watch Mamma Mia, bring your family and friends, and make fun memories for summer. Go to support three of our Bruins!
