In the twisty thriller The Lost by Natasha Preson, teens of a small town go missing under mysterious circumstances. Everyone in the town assumes that they just ran away until two best friends, Piper and Hazel, become determined to find what’s really going on after the disappearance of their classmate. While investigating to find the truth, they end up finding the source of the missing teens and their imprisoner. Piper and Hazel end up locked away in a building on private property in the forest. This building not only keeping them imprisoned, but the two are faced with rooms testing if they can make it out alive. This book is a quick read which I love, and is perfect for you if you’re into mystery and thriller.
